1. About BeNexSkill

BeNexSkill is an independent digital learning brand operated by Bablu Mahour through Growth BJEY Agency. The brand offers practical educational resources designed to help learners develop skills relevant to professional work, business and personal development.

Our current products include downloadable PDF courses. Video courses and other educational formats may be introduced in the future.

2. What You Are Purchasing

When you purchase a BeNexSkill course, you are purchasing access to the specific educational content described on that product's page.

Our courses reflect the instructor's knowledge, professional experience, research, teaching approach, practical examples and personal opinions on the topics covered.

You should read the complete product description before purchasing, including the course outline, chapters, format, included resources, limitations and stated content cutoff.

You are choosing to purchase the instructor's approach to explaining a particular subject. You are not purchasing a guarantee that every possible topic will be covered, that every opinion will match your own, or that you will achieve a particular professional or financial result.

If a product page expressly promises a particular chapter, feature, resource or deliverable, that promise forms part of the product description and must be honoured.

3. Course Content and Updates

The current PDF course collection has a stated content cutoff of October 2026.

Information about advertising platforms, AI tools, software, business practices and other subjects may change after publication. Future updates are not automatically included unless expressly stated on the relevant product page or separately offered.

Each product page should identify the actual content, format and any applicable update policy before checkout.

4. Purchase and Payment

Customers must review the product description and total payable amount before confirming an order.

Payments are processed through Razorpay or another payment method expressly made available at checkout. Orders are processed subject to successful payment confirmation and applicable verification requirements.

Please contact us if a payment appears to have succeeded but the order was not created, the payment was duplicated or the purchased course was not delivered.

5. Digital Delivery

Purchased PDF courses are ordinarily provided through an on-screen download option and an email containing the relevant download or access link.

Our normal delivery target is immediate delivery or within 24 hours after successful payment confirmation. If delivery fails, contact we@benexskill.in.

The detailed delivery procedure is described in our Digital Product Delivery Policy.

6. Personal-Use Licence

After successful purchase, the customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased course for personal learning and lawful professional reference.

Unless the applicable rights holder provides written permission, customers may not:

  • Resell or commercially redistribute the course files.

  • Upload purchased files to public websites, file-sharing services or competing course platforms.

  • Share course files for unauthorised public or commercial distribution.

  • Present substantial portions of original course material as their own work.

  • Remove copyright notices or falsely claim ownership of original course assets.

This section does not prohibit uses permitted by applicable law, including applicable exceptions for criticism, review, research and other lawful purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

Original course text, explanations, diagrams, illustrations, graphics and other original materials may be protected by copyright or other applicable intellectual property rights.

Third-party trademarks, platform names, screenshots and materials remain subject to their respective rights. Their inclusion does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Further information is provided in our Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice.

8. Reviews and Feedback

Customers may submit honest reviews, suggestions, corrections and feedback about purchased courses, including criticism of the teaching style, content or presentation.

Feedback may help us improve future editions. A review or complaint does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund, and a negative review does not automatically disqualify a customer from a remedy available under applicable law.

We may moderate unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or irrelevant submissions while respecting legitimate criticism and applicable consumer rights.

9. Educational Disclaimer

Courses are educational resources, not guarantees of employment, income, advertising performance, ROAS, sales, business growth, certification or any other specific result.

Examples and case studies illustrate particular circumstances and should not be treated as guaranteed outcomes.

Customers remain responsible for how they apply the information and for checking current laws, professional requirements and third-party platform policies.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Refunds and Complaints

Change-of-mind refunds are not ordinarily offered for digital courses to the extent permitted by law.

This does not remove applicable remedies for failed delivery, material misrepresentation, defective files, duplicate charges or other legally recognised circumstances.

Please read the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary. Changes will be published with an updated effective date and will apply prospectively where required by law.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights already accrued to customers in a manner prohibited by applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled through applicable legal and consumer dispute-resolution mechanisms, subject to the jurisdiction rules prescribed by law.

Nothing in this section restricts a customer's statutory rights.
