Which payment methods work?
UPI, debit and credit cards, and netbanking.
Is payment secure?
Payments go through your payment gateway. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Add your invoice details here.
Delivery
How soon do I get the ebook?
Instantly, on the thank-you page and on your email.
I didn't get the email. What now?
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, email we@benexskill.in with your payment ID and we'll send it again.
Can I read it on my phone?
Yes. The PDF opens on any phone, tablet or laptop.
Can I download it again later?
Yes, use the link in your email.
Refund and Return
Can I return an ebook?
Ebooks are digital files, so we cannot take them back once delivered. No refunds after download.
What if the file is corrupted or wrong?
Email we@benexskill.in and we'll send the correct file or refund you.
How do I ask for a refund?
Email we@benexskill.in with your payment ID.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
Privacy
What data do you collect?
Your name, email and WhatsApp number. Payment details are handled by your payment gateway.
Do you sell my data?
No. We share it only with the tools needed to run the business.
How do I unsubscribe or delete my data?
Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to we@benexskill.in.
Copyright
Can I share the ebook with friends?
No. Your purchase is for your personal use only.
Can I use the content in my own course or posts?
Not without written permission. Email we@benexskill.in to ask.
